The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigna del Sorbo by. Fontodi comes from a careful blend.
Alongside a 90 percent Sangiovese, the absolute protagonist of Tuscany's terroir, we also find a 10 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, an international that has amply demonstrated that it can achieve excellent levels of quality within regional borders.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color adamantine with garnet flashes. A river of terroir sensations, with aromas of cherry and potpourri, underbrush, loam, snuff, dark spices and graphite. Disruptive on the palate, it has warmth to spare and noble tannins that flirt with plentiful fresh-savory vein.
Pairings: Perfect with roast meats, lamb, tagliata, aged cheeses.
