Dolcetto, a historic wine of Piedmont's ancient winemaking tradition, meets steel aging to enhance the fragrance and vinosity of the fruit, typical of the variety. Purple nuances. Concentration of plum and black cherry jam, vegetal notes, dark spices and wet earth on the nose. Soft and enveloping with fresh savory shoulder to balance. Warm finish.

Harvest Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were destemmed and crushed.

Vinification La maceration took 7 days at a maximum temperature of 27-28 °C.
Aging La malolactic fermentation, which concluded in mid-December, preceded theaging which took place for several months in stainless steel tanks. The Dolcetto was bottled in the spring.
