Blanc de Blancs Champagne Brut NV - Perrier-Jouet

It is the cuvée liveliest and most energetic produced by the maison Perrier-Jouët, which with this Champagne Blanc de Blancs wants to pay tribute to the winery's signature grape variety: chardonnay. After selecting the best grapes from the region, Chef de Caves Hervé Deschamps will subsequently choose to rest the Champagne for at least three years in bottle on its lees.

Tasting Notes: mlively ousse. Nice straw yellow, clear with green highlights. Aromas of white fruits - lemon, white peach, pear and grapefruit - give way to hints of pineapple and spring flowers. This is followed by rich aromas of dried fruit, marzipan and sweet spices. Delicate, yet generous. The attack is lively, with a marked minerality that is both elegant and rounded. Sensual and silky, harmonious and well balanced, the flavors mingle to leave a long finish.

Pairings: Is the perfect aperitif. During the meal, its fresh, floral aromas blend beautifully with savory flavors of shellfish and fish or light white meat dishes.
