A blend of viognier and zibibbo, this Terre Siciliane IGT vinifies in stainless steel, enhancing the varietal notes of both grapes, free to express themselves with typical fruity and floral hints. A label whose graphics were designed by designer Stephan Janson, demonstrating how aesthetics are taken care of in every detail by the winery.
Tasting Notes: of a beautiful straw yellow color. Fruit, even exotic, is predominant on the nose, and combines with the orange blossom hints proper to zibibbo. It enters the mouth with a light sip, supported by a marked acidity that facilitates the flow of the drink, always balanced.
Pairings: excellent with a salmon chirashi.
