In talking about theIrpinia one cannot forget the designation that encompasses the Aglianico most fragrant, a young expression of this great Italian grape variety. Wines deep and elegant which after the harvest is not followed by the long maturation and refinement of the Taurasi but rather make their own freshness their peculiar characteristic. L'Irpinia Aglianico DOC "Aglianico by the King" of the Feudi di San Gregorio is a very tasty wine.
Tasting notes: by ruby red color brilliant, the nose recalls the fruit of certain small red fruits such as black cherry and raspberry followed by hints of licorice and sweet spices. In the mouth it is soft, balanced and characterized by a soft and timely tannic texture. A very tasty taste that closes with a finish of excellent persistence.
Pairings: Elegant and relaxed, it pairs beautifully with soups and stews.
