Nonum kal, historically presents, a sentence found within a manuscript, specifically a letter, written by Pliny the Younger to Tacitus, in which we read that the volcano had erupted on nonum kal. septembres, that is, nine days before the Kalends of September, a date that corresponds to the eruption of Vesuvius on August 24, 79 AD.
Tasting Notes: by bright yellow color. The floral scent of jasmine is complemented by sweet hints of white peach and delicate notes of almond. The palate is intense and harmonious with a candied citrus aftertaste.
Pairings: Pairs perfectly with appetizers and fish first courses. Also excellent to enjoy during an aperitif with fresh cheeses.
