Tasting notes: VEste the glass of a nice ruby red, deep and intense. The smell first perceives fruity notes of cherry and fresh plum, which in the second beat is intertwined with more complex, vegetable, spicy, toasted and balsamic hints.
Combinations: pErfetto with meat and with noble poultry in particular, it is excellent for accompanying the duck to stuffed honey.
