Grillo is perhaps the least known grape variety in Sicily even though it is not inferior to the other better-known white varieties.
Tasting Notes: by. straw yellow color. Rich aroma with notes of apple and pear that make it immediately recognizable and appreciable. The taste is warm and dry, slightly tannic with a citric aroma.
Pairings: Ideal for medium-aged cheeses and suitable for pairing with fish preparations at cut such as tuna or swordfish.
