Cerasuolo di Vittoria is to date the only DOCG in Sicily. A wine of remarkable personality obtained from the red vinification of grapes Frappato e Nero d'Avola.

Pairings: a whole meal, it is exalted with medium-aged cheeses, with vegetable risottos, typical Sicilian savory pies.
