On the border between the Colli Orientali del Friuli appellation and Slovenia, at an altitude of more than three hundred meters above sea level, we encounter the ancient village of Cladrecis, where the rows from which the winery's White Sirch. A blend of native Friulian and international riesling, it is processed exclusively in steel, and left to mature for about a year before being bottled.
