This wine is the result of a particularly favorable vintage. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand, placed in small crates and then taken to the large, airy fruit loft, where they are left to dry for about 3 months. At this stage the weight loss of the grapes is about a 30-40%.
Tasting notes: by. deep red color tending to garnet with aging. The bouquet is broad and complex with notes of red fruit jam and spices. Fragrances of cherry, dried fruit and tobacco stand out. On tasting, this wine has exceptional power and elegance.
Pairings: vino for meditation. Goes well with elaborate recipes with savory meats, game and aged cheeses
