The Greco di Tufo of Feudi di San Gregorio was born in an ancient and beautiful region, theIrpinia, where vineyards, forests, olive trees, fruit trees and herbs coexist in harmony.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color deep, the nose is rich in aromatic herbs, fruit, mineral hints and fresh almond. In the mouth it has some structure, nice acidity and a savory, rewarding sip.
Pairings: If the intention is to enjoy it to the fullest, pair it with buffalo mozzarella, with tomatoes still warm from the garden, some good oil and a few basil leaves. Summer in your mouth.

What results is a white wine of great character, soft and silky, characterized by a bright and persistent mineral trace. Tasting notes: by straw yellow color intense, bright and warm. The nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile from which hints of ripe pear and grapefruit emerge followed by spearmint, acacia honey and markedly floral notes. In the mouth it is freshly relaxed, excellently balanced by a nice acidic shoulder and a marked mineral core. It closes with a finish of excellent cleanliness and persistence.
Pairings: fresh and elegant, ideal with fish dishes and medium-aged cheeses. Also aperitif.
