- Fiano di Avellino 2022 Riserva Docg Campanaro
The "Campanaro" of the Feudi di San Gregorio comes from grapes among the most representative of the Irpinian territory: fiano. What results is a white wine of great character, soft and silky, characterized by a bright and persistent mineral trace. The Fiano Riserva Docg "Campanaro" dei Feudi di San Gregorio is a wine not to be missed, with an excellent relationship between quality and price.
Tasting notes: by straw yellow color intense, bright and warm. The nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile from which hints of ripe pear and grapefruit emerge followed by spearmint, acacia honey and markedly floral notes. In the mouth it is freshly relaxed, excellently balanced by a nice acidic shoulder and a marked mineral core. It closes with a finish of excellent cleanliness and persistence.
Pairings: fresh and elegant, ideal with fish dishes and medium-aged cheeses. Also aperitif.
- Ros'Aura 2022 Doc Irpinia Rosè
From the grapes of Aglianico comes the Ros'Aura Irpinia DOC of the Feudi di San Gregorio.
Tasting Notes: by color Rosè cherry, fresh and intense. The nose is an explosion of fresh red fruit sensations, from wild strawberry to raspberry while the palate is fresh with good acidity.
Pairings: perfect with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, pizza, vegetarian pasta dishes.
- Rosè 2023 Igt San Greg
"San Greg" is produced by the well-known Campania winery. Feudi di San Gregorio, using aglianico grapes from vineyards located on the highest hills of theIrpinia, which touch 700 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in marl and limestone.After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are placed directly in the press to obtain the noblest part of the juice. The result is a wine Rosè of immediate pleasantness and drinkability, which lends itself to a variety of gastronomic pairings.
Tasting Notes.: of soft pink color, bright. The nose has delicate floral aromas, hints of small red fruits; in the mouth it is fruity, fresh, satisfying, with a savory touch on the finish.
Pairings: versatile and pleasant, it is excellent to accompany an aperitif in company.
