The Frappato Carolina Marengo Kisa Feudi del Pisciotto is a still Rosso produced in Pisciotto, in the province of Caltanissetta, inland Sicily, about ten kilometers from the sea. The vineyards of the Feudi del Pisciotto are cultivated in a hilly area whose altitude varies from 100 to 250 meters above sea level. The fief dates back to the 18th century and was at the time one of the largest in Sicily.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color. The aroma is fresh with hints of red berry fruits and notes of sweet spices. It has good balance in the mouth: it is round but with good acidity and a lingering finish.
Pairings: Excellent paired with fresh cheeses and savories or with savory fish dishes.
