The Merlot Feudi del Pisciotto is produced by the winery of the same name included in the Relais and restaurant. We are located in the heart of Sicily, a few kilometers from Caltagirone, Ragusa and Noto, near the Roman Villa, which has remained intact, near the sea. This is a still red, made from a blend composed of 100% Merlot grapes.
Tasting notes: by deep red color. Delicately vegetal nose, hints of blackberries and with nice spice. The palate is persistent, enveloping and with a long finish.
Pairings: Excellent with roasted red and white meats. It can also be paired with flavorful, aged cheeses.
