Cabernet Sauvignon Missoni is an IGT (acronym signaling Indicazione Geografica Tipica) Terre Siciliane wine product . A grape variety widespread in France, particularly in the Bordeaux area and later planted in Australia, California, New Zealand, South Africa and Italy.
Tasting Notes.: color ruby red intense. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of plum, black currant and black cherry followed by aromas of violet, blueberry, vanilla, tobacco, chocolate and eucalyptus. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack that is balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, with pleasing smoothness.
Pairings: To be paired with red meats, large roasts, kid, lamb or even with porcini mushrooms and aged cheeses.
