Piedierosso is an ancient native grape variety from Campania, masterfully interpreted by Feudi di San Gregorio. It is born in the Sannio region, at the foot of Mount Taburno, and matures for 3 months in steel: a red to be discovered, which tells of a land of great reds and traditions.
Tasting notes: color ruby red native, broad and balanced. The palate immediately reveals a full body with lingering freshness, and the nose immediately opens on red fruits such as cherry, plum and blackberry, concluding with mineral and spicy sensations.
Pairings: To stuffed pastas, baked red and white meat main courses, and mushroom side dishes. Smashing with smoked cheeses.
