Born and widespread almost exclusively in the area of the Colli Orientali del Friuli, the vine variety of refosco dal peduncolo rosso leads to "wild" and deep, sanguine and generous wines, always characterized by great drinkability and a distinct gastronomic vocation. The interpretation of Sirch, vinified and aged partly in steel and partly in barrique, gives us a sip capable of being soft as well, without losing anything in terms of expressiveness
Tasting Notes.: to the glass is of an intense ruby red, with violet reflections in the eye. Blackberries and black cherries open the olfactory bouquet, deeply fruity on the one hand, then also characterized by spicy memories and hints of licorice. The mouth is warm and balanced, well organized in the tannic texture and long in persistence.
Pairings: throughout the meal, goes very well with hot first courses. Excellent with tortellini in broth.
