A grape variety closely associated with the Colli Orientali del Friuli, that of ribolla gialla is a vine variety capable of yielding wines that are multifaceted and deep, soft and generous. The interpretation of Sirch, daughter of vinification and subsequent maturation in steel only, leads to a wine that fully identifies with these characteristics. Of great balance, it stands out for a freshness difficult to find elsewhere.
Tasting Notes: To the eye, it presents a beautiful straw yellow, with light greenish reflections at the glass. The nose opens on scents reminiscent of yellow flowers, secondarily followed by fruity memories of apricot and citrus nuances. The mouth is fragrant and flowing, with good body and good persistence.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, goes well with appetizers and earthy first courses. Good with ricotta flan with zucchini.
