"Edition I" signed DUBL comes from many small vineyards, about 15 years old, located in the municipalities of Tufo, Santa Paolina and Montefusco. With a predominance of greco di Tufo and a small part of other Irpinian varieties, including falanghina, it is a Sparkling wine Brut Metodo Classico that ages 42 months on the lees, persuasive, inviting and captivating.

Tasting Notes.: paglier, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. Fruity scents of peach and golden apple stand out on the nose, followed by notes of white flowers and mineral tones. The palate is fresh, savory and harmonious.

Pairings: ottimate in combination with shellfish, it is best tried with fish crudites.

Lo Sparkling wine Classical Method "DUBL ESSE" by. Feudi di San Gregorio comes from the best Greek grapes, from the most interesting vineyards in the Tufo area. Produced without compromise or concession and with so much care and attention, it is a Sparkling wine of surprising elegance and complexity.

Tasting Notes: Golden, with greenish hues; fine, persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with notes of ripe citrus fruits, hints of flint and sweet spices. The palate is dry, clean, fresh and pleasantly elegant.

Pairings: excellent with seafood au gratin and blue fish, it also goes very well with pasta dishes; try it with spaghetti with clams and bottarga.

"Edition I" by DUBL, a Rosé version, is made mainly from grapes from the Aglianico growing area. Aged for 78 months on yeasts, it is a Sparkling wine Brut Metodo Classico of great expressiveness, vivid and articulate.

Tasting Notes.: coral, fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses hints of wild strawberries and pomegranate, hints of rosehips and mineral hints. The palate is lively, vivacious, balanced.

Pairings: perfect even throughout a meal, it is worth trying with cured meats and pizza.
