Vineyard of about 6 hectares at 230 m above sea level on the ridge of the Val d'Illasi. A large temperature range and perfect 360-degree exposure make the vineyard ideal for obtaining grapes for drying.
Tasting notes: by. red color intense. It releases a broad, fine and persistent bouquet with notes ranging from small red fruits and spices. On the palate, this smooth and velvety wine maintains a good drinkability characteristic of Valpolicella, while exhibiting intense fruity hints and delicate chocolate notes.
Pairings: perfect with savory first courses, such as mushroom risotto. Also ideal with meat dishes such as grilled meats, roasts and game. Also exceptional with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
