Made from pure Sangiovese grapes, harvested in the vineyards of Rocca di Frassinello. A wine with a soft peach petal pink color due to the brief contact of the must flower with the skins. In the glass it expresses great freshness and sapidity, characteristics reminiscent of the Provençal style of the best French rosés.
Tasting Notes.: Invites on the palate with fruity notes of peach and pomegranate. The sip is of soft savory elegance with a light spiciness and a long finish of fresh almond.
Pairings: perfect for aperitifs. It goes well with fish and seafood appetizers, baked vegetables, scamorza or pecorino cheeses and white meats.
